The Assumption-Msgr. James J. Dorney Council #1694 is conducting its winter membership drive. The council has done a lot of good work for our parish and are looking for a few good men so they can do even more. They have conducted food drives, have given winter jackets to our children in Religious Education and have sponsored our school with scholarships and donations as well as a number of other things. You just need to be a practicing Catholic and at least 18 years old.
